Keynote at APA 2026 in Wuhan: eco-friendly MIP sensing interfaces

Prof. Sibel A. Özkan delivered a keynote speech at the 8th International Symposium on Advances in Pharmaceutical Analysis (APA 2026), held on 5–7 November 2026 in Wuhan, China, and organised by Wuhan Textile University.
Her talk, “Eco-Friendly Interfaces: Integrating Hybrid Nanomaterials and Molecularly Imprinted Polymers for Advanced Sensing of Pharmaceuticals”, presented the group’s work on combining hybrid nanomaterials with molecularly imprinted polymers to build greener, more selective sensors for pharmaceutical analysis.

The symposium brought together researchers and pioneers in pharmaceutical analysis for engaging sessions and high-calibre scientific exchange. Our sincere thanks go to the Congress Chairs, Prof. Zilin Chen and Prof. Zhaowei Zhang, and the whole organising committee for the kind invitation, the flawless organisation and the warm hospitality.

We look forward to continuing the conversations started in Wuhan and to new collaborations.
